What I am about to tell you is directly from my own experience. I have been a vegetarian for the past 17 years, and although I ate no meat, no dairy products I found that I wanted to get rid of my remaining few lbs were difficult to achieve. I also lost a lot of hair and my skin was not as beautiful as I am today.
Since I switched my diet and became raw food eater 2 months ago I must tell you the result is nothing short of dramatic. I was already endowed a beautiful skin but until I was in the raw food diet my skin was not as beautiful as I am today.
I also looked at food a little differently. Food that cooks seem to me is just filler — vegetarian or not. I am not sure also why we even want to cook corn. My mother told me her stomach could not handle raw corn yet when I came home the last time, I served her some raw corn, and she could not believe how sweet it was. Nothing was wrong with her stomach after that.
You must try raw corn sometimes. The sweetness of un-cook corn rival the best of sugar in the world. It was simply exquisite.
I lost all the excess weight and my skin became translucent and absolutely beautiful.
I invite you to try raw food diet just to see how you feel. You will not want to go back to eat cooked food again as you see how beautiful your skin becomes, and you automatically achieve a perfect weight.
