The other day I saw Jane Seymour in the Kay Jewlers commercial I was amazed at how youthful she looked. Jane Seymour is not any young chic mind you. She is a grandmother for God sake. Jane looks so beautiful in this commercial. Granted movie stars can have their face tucked and cut but I truly believe Jane skin is part inherited part well kept.

I am a long time user of her skin care product. In fact I created a website to get people involved in it. Last time I used the last drop of the night time skincare of my last Natural Advantage supply kit. I know I will have to re order soon.

Stress can be a silent killer.

More often we experience stress when we lose our job, lose our love one or lose our home. This past year I lost my job and my home, and recently I lost a boyfriend of 2 years.

I think for me losing my home or my job is not too much stress as much as losing the love of my life.

I must tell you study has indicated that single men do not live as long as married men. Not all married life is smooth sailing. However, being alone often brought on unnecessary stress.

So how can you cope with stress when you break up with your boyfriend or girlfriend?

The answer is to tell yourself that if the love is good and the love is real, it will come back. If the love is not real or not good for you, it’s better to go alone and find another lover. I truly don’t think we as living beings animals and men alike are designed to live alone.

During the two years of my life with my ex boyfriend, it did not matter where we were and in which continent we happened to be, his emails, his window messages were always the source of joy for me. However, our lives, our expectations were too different, and although I was experiencing stress from breaking up with him, I believe with my whole heart that at the end, we will come out more than fine.

So how can we avoid stress during our breakups? There is no quick remedy for this but time unfortunately. Time heals all wounds and time brings peace to all heartaches. I wish him well and if I am not wrong about him, this is the time for him to enjoy a new face and a new life with someone else other than me.

Well, I hope my skin will soon return the rosiness color of being in love. Yeah — I must say love is one of the best skin antioxidants of all antioxidants in this man made world.

The term that I read so often in the beauty media these days is Acai Berry.  Especially in the Spanish/Latino communities women wanted to know if Acai Berry is as good as it claims.  Any fruit product is good for your health period. The question here is whether or not Acai Berry is good for you.  Let’s me demonstrate an example.

Does this mean that Front Line is no good? Not at all if you read all the reviews for Front Line. I truly have no idea why Front Line does not work for my dogs and K9 Advantix did.

Similarly with cosmetic products and/or health products. You just have to try it and see if it works for you.

A product review is great to know, and it can save you hours of frustrations but when it comes to a very universal product such as Acai Berry you know the product is good and you just have to try to see for yourself if, in fact, it does give you benefits as others have claimed.

I checked my web stat and I saw a lot of search queries on how valuable it is or how safe it is to use Vaseline on your body or your face. I can only speak for myself. This week I traveled from Florida to St. Louis Missouri and let’s me tell you. It’s a culture shocked. The weather in Florida, especially in the Fort Lauderdale/Hollywood area is so nice and warm while the weather in St Louis is bitter cold snow and rain. Normally, when I go outside, I always use my favorite sun screen but in this weather where the sun seems to hide out all day long and there are only rain and cold and snow, putting a small amount of Vaseline on your face proved to be an excellent skin protection for the bitter wind and ice of the north.

My face feels great all day long and Vaseline covered my pores and protected my skin so well that even though my face exposed to the bitter and violent winds my skin felt moist and radiant.

I don’t suggest you put Vaseline on your face during the day, but if you must go outside and expose yourself all day long, you will want to put Vaseline on your face. You will appreciate this tip.

Just dab a very small amount over your face - and more generous on your neck and arms and the rest of your body. This product can be used with both men and women.

Small advice … you may want to avoid the lips if you are going to use lipstick. Vaseline will not help your lipstick to stay put.
